About the Scania XT Range
XT is not a separate cab but a heavy-duty construction specification added in September 2017, available across the P, G, R and S cabs. An XT is identified by its steel bumper, exposed towing eye rated to 40 tonnes, raised air intake and heavier underbody protection. Because the cab underneath can be any of four, XT parts split cleanly into the XT-specific front end and the ordinary cab parts behind it.

What to check before you order
- Identify the cab underneath the XT specification first. Doors, roof and interior come from the P, G, R or S parts list, not from an XT-specific one.
- The steel bumper, towing eye and protection plates are the parts that are genuinely XT-only.
- XT chassis work hard, so front end damage and underbody wear are the usual reasons for the parts to be needed.
