Questions and answers
- Are your Scania parts used or new?
- Most of our stock is used: cleaned, inspected and graded in our own workshop before it is listed. We also carry reconditioned units, mainly engines, gearboxes and steering boxes, plus new genuine and aftermarket parts where a used one is not sensible.
- Which Scania models do you cover?
- Every generation still working in the UK: the Next Generation S, R, G, P, L and XT ranges, the earlier PGR range, the bonneted T Series, and the 4 Series and 3 Series. If a part is shared across generations we list every fitment on the product page.
- How do I know a part will fit my truck?
- Each listing shows the Scania generations it fits and, where we have it, the manufacturer part number. If you are unsure, send us your chassis number and we will confirm the fitment before you order.
- Do the parts come with a warranty?
- Yes. Used and reconditioned parts carry a 90-day warranty against failure in normal use. New parts carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty. Fitting must be carried out by a competent workshop.
- How quickly can you deliver?
- Stocked parts ordered before 2pm on a working day go out for next working day delivery in mainland UK. Heavy items such as complete engines, gearboxes, axles and cabs go on a pallet or a flatbed and we will quote the lead time when you enquire.
- Do you ship outside the UK?
- Yes. We ship across Europe and worldwide, and handle the export paperwork in-house. Tell us the destination port or address and we will price the freight with the part.
- Can I return a part if it is wrong?
- Unfitted parts can be returned within 14 days in the condition they were sent. Electrical components and ECUs cannot be returned once fitted or coded. Contact us first so we can raise a returns reference.
- Can you find a part that is not on the website?
- Often, yes. Stock changes faster than the website. Call +44 7504 693787 or send an enquiry with the part number or chassis number and we will check what is on the shelf and what is due in.
