Buying from us
Delivery, warranty and returns
How parts get to you, what is covered, and what to do if something is not right.
Delivery
UK next working day
Small and medium parts ordered and paid for before 2pm on a working day are despatched the same day for next working day delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Pallet & flatbed
Engines, gearboxes, axles, cabs and body panels travel on a pallet or a flatbed. We quote the freight with the part so there are no surprises, and typical lead time is two to four working days.
Collection in person
Collect from Selby during opening hours at no charge. Call ahead for heavy items so we can have them ready and loaded when you arrive.
Europe & worldwide export
We ship across Europe and worldwide and handle the export paperwork in-house. Give us the destination port or address and we will price the freight alongside the part.
Warranty
Used and reconditioned parts carry a 90-day warranty against failure in normal use, running from the date of despatch. New genuine and aftermarket parts carry the manufacturer or supplier warranty, which we will confirm at the point of sale.
The warranty covers the part itself. It does not cover:
- labour, recovery, downtime or consequential loss;
- parts fitted by someone other than a competent workshop;
- damage caused by an underlying fault that was not rectified, for example an engine failed by a fuel system problem that was left in place;
- electrical components and ECUs once they have been fitted or coded.
If a part fails within the warranty period, call us before it is removed. We will arrange inspection and either replace the part or refund it.
Returns
Unfitted parts can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the condition they were sent and with any original packaging. Contact us first so we can raise a returns reference. Parts sent back without one can take much longer to process.
- Return carriage is paid by the buyer unless the part was mis-described or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method once the part has been received and checked.
- Electrical components, ECUs and any part that has been fitted, coded, modified or damaged cannot be returned.
Fitment
Every listing shows the Scania generations a part fits and, where we have it, the manufacturer part number. Part numbers are the reliable way to match a component. If you are working from a description alone, send us your chassis number before you order and we will confirm the fitment. It takes a minute and saves a return.
Payment
We take bank transfer and card payment. Parts are despatched once payment has cleared. Prices shown on the site exclude VAT and delivery unless stated otherwise; the full figure is confirmed when you enquire.
Can't see the part you need?
Our stock changes constantly and not everything makes it onto the site. Send us the part number or your chassis number and we will check what is on the shelf and what is due in.
